@dunpender: I don't think it's a who, more of a mindset with some individuals. Take drug dealers for example. They might feel compelled to shoot a rival over territory or some perceived wrong. Same with gang members. I don't claim to understand how they think but I believe I comprehend it. I also comprehend that they do not value human life. If they did it would be much harder to kill someone over such silly things.

@dunpender: Can you read? I used drugs as an EXAMPLE. And no, there is no innate culture of violence in America. All of the violence is committed by a very tiny percentage of citizens and, of course, illegal aliens. Get your head out of your ass. The fact is, millions of American own guns and never engage in any sort of violence. And the reason for that is because there is NO innate culture of violence. The problem is with the tiny minority who are violent and it wouldn't matter one shit if they committed their violent acts with a gun or a knife or a bomb. They would commit it with something. The fucking gun is not the problem, it's the ones who commit the violence.
