@kodiac An average of 17 people are killed every year in school shootings from the last 5 years. There are 50.76 million secondary to post-secondary school age children. That is about a 0.000033% chance, or 1 in 2.99 million of any given child being killed in any given year in a school shooting. So probably not gonna happen to you.

@MARTAisback I answered kodiac's question directly after tracking down the statistic to make him feel better. I love stats and finished my undergrad and graduate classes with straight A's. Don't know how you figure a correlation between those stats and being [i]for [/i]everyone having a gun.
