Skirt or shorts?

If there is a choice then skirts. I never wear shorts under a skirt. Let the wind blow. It was good enough for marilyn.

I'm thinking a getting a crinoline skirt this Spring and a circle skirt to wear over it and letting my 1950's self out.

Then I's need knee highs and a ribbed top. Oh well. Sacrifices made in the name of beauty!

Maybe this-more of a petticoat though.
