So ladies/gentlemen, do you viewpeople who've been in jail diffrently?

Ok ok, let's say you think such and such person is cute and this and that, you speak to them and they tell you they've been to jail. (No not just for a misunderstanding, saving an old lady by punching a guy, and all these tottaly kind of understandable/relatable/heroic reasons or something, I mean like jail for actual unacceptable reasons...) Do you persue this person romantically or do you decide that you'd be better off not to do so?

Obviously if this someone ends up being someone you find charming, nice, and their great...well it happens and I guess you can look past it (depends what it is obviously though.) But what I wanna know is what you think at the beginning when they say they've been to jail. What your reaction???

A family member went to jail for drugs....and it wasn’t a misunderstanding.
He’s now out of jail, has gone to rehab and has a girlfriend. I’m sure she must have found the fact that he was in jail disconcerting....but it’s not the same as if he was a killer or an embezzler. Hopefully he can avoid ending up going back and can move forward with his life.

i have my limits. Obviously, no murderers, rapists or pedophiles - drug dealers and addicts would have to be reformed for me, too.

Most of the rest, i can potentially work with.

I look at people that have been in jail differently - of course. They commited a crime that warranted jail time. They are losers and should be viewed with caution.
