@Wiseacre well that yeah. soemthign that bothers me too is somethign people from hot countries do they stay up quite late in the evening because in their native country thats the time to do it but in belgium its not but they still do its frustrating

@Wiseacre parties and lights on and children outside outside way to long! like a 8 year old yelling on the street until past 11 and 12 pm
