Ok what kind of Lotion, oil ,or vaseline

Would work for sand paper dry skin ? I have really bad dry skin mostly my face but i want to know what would work to help it not be so dry

Drink lots of water especially in the winter to keep your skin hydrated. I apply a body oil after I shower before I towel off and then will use a dry skin lotion as needed or before bed.
