If you were writing an important exam, and were told you could not use the restroom, before finishing and you had to go extremely bad what would you do ? Your course or dignity ?

I would hold it. I have taken many tests with my bladder really full in classes. they did not want us leaving class, and we did not have enough time to go between classes.
