Why do I feel like such a nutjob?

I had a meltdown at work and now I feel horrible.

I save my meltdowns for the internet to see. It's like a semi-public buffer between my professional work life and drunkenly screaming in the privacy of my apartment at 1:30 PM. Seems to work okay for now.
