Retail workers, what do you hate most?

For me its not the customers that piss me off it's my coworkers. So I have worked for lowes 20 months, 5 different departments. Right now I work lumber. And the people in proservices think they can boss us lumber guys around cause we're younger. This one woman in particular hates me for setting up the carts different. I told her, until you start helping out in lumber or closing every night like I do, I'm gonna set them up the way I think is most efficient. Oh no she wouldnt have that. Instead of tackling it the way an adult should, she threw a tantrum and is pouting. And now every interaction between us is always hostile. Kind of funny to me honestly.
