It's a battle....but your young still so you can deal w/it. I try (gym, watch what I eat, etc)….but a lot of guys wake up at 50 and have "the gut"...it's hard to shake. Carbs....I love 'em but I hate 'em too! Sammy Davis Jr said "if I knew I was going to live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself".....
