@SW-User to day was chest and shoulders. I usually do 4 sets of Max reps alternating between muscle groups.

@Lostpoet i recently started at with only pushups. I wanted to do 100 pushups a day all this month. So i do it in different sets lol

@Lostpoet 30 per set.(4sets) If i practice more and don't take alcohol. I could do like 50 in one set.

@Lostpoet no i am still not in shape. So i need to do atleast 100 a day and maybe start different exercises with weights. 😰

@SW-User Yeah it was after I joined the gym it's just plain creatine I think the brand name is cellucor. I actually started to mix it with juice like wildbill said and I don't feel bloated while working out anymore n

@Lostpoet Nice. I don't do very hard exercises. Just few reps of pushups , barbell curl(7pound dumbbell) and some squats. It take me only 10 mins to workout at home. So I was thinking if I require it or should I join a gym then try it. Also is it safe for fatty liver issues.
