Creatine before or after a workout?

I've been using it 30 min before my workouts but makes me feel bloated and it's ruining my workouts.

Then do it after. Keep a food diary, also, and make note of what foods make you feel bloated, so you can avoid them.
Also if you're trying to build muscle, high protein, and low or healthy carbs only will help you get cut.
