When people don't show their gender or age?

I'm not entitled. I just can have my opinion.

And everyone can have their reason for not sharing it. It's not a matter of refusing to be upfront with anything.

@abe182: really though..in the beginning of this discussion you were rather accusing and judgmental about people not revealing what you need them to, it was a little more than just an opinion...I think you might see it a little differently now...I hope

@DesiredNightmare: thank you for being polite with comments and being upfront if I ever did ask. It seems like everyone has their own reasons as to why they hide it. So I learned something.

I'd hate to know I was having an adult conversation with a child... M or F doesn't much matter.

@EyeDontGiveAHoot: I have a feeling most people wouldn't mind telling you if you asked them. I think a lot of people, myself included, just don't want to broadcast that information.

@DesiredNightmare: Its a simple fact and information about what we are, not who we are.

@EyeDontGiveAHoot: But that information about what we are is what used to lead to my inbox being full of all kinds of ridiculous messages all the time. Now that I don't have that 22-26 F after my name my inbox is peaceful.

@DesiredNightmare: There's a setting not to receive msgs at all unless you are friends.

The messages I was getting before were from people that were messaging a 22-26 F with the hopes of who knows what happening. It's basically the best spam filter I've managed to find so far.
