Probably not. Unless I was making 1 million plus dollars, only working 8 hours a day with weekends off.
Flenflyys · 31-35, F
I’ve done one hour one way and it was too much after six months. So no
Davemcdave · 46-50, M
Did that when i lived in Australia. We were on a call out job that extended over a few days. Id never do that again.
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@Davemcdave call out job? Could they not have put you in a hotel nearby?
Davemcdave · 46-50, M
@iamnikki no that was the problem. We we called out. We assessed the situation then had to make trips back and forth. For materials and obviously getting back home.
AmbivalentFriability · 26-30
I can't imagine doing that for any job.

No. I get itchy if my commute is more than 30 minutes each way.
Tminus6453 · M
30 minutes each way would be my max
MrAboo · 36-40, M
If it paid enough

It what business people do all the time they fly depending where they need to be for business, 1/3 or / even over 5 hours for work
Somewhereovertherainbow · 51-55, F
Only if they paid for my transportation and it was a high paying job, otherwise no
No... Why would anyone do that ??
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
I get cranky if my 10-minute drive gets slowed down.
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@DunningKruger I totally understand. I had a 10 min drive to work before my current job. I could avoid any traffic by taking service road for 5 mins
Mona86 · C
Is it worth it?
