Do you overhear others talking and immediately come up with various insults and burns or is it just my special talent?

I was out to the bar earlier and overheard two guys talking. One was talking about some woman with no gag reflex. I couldn't help but to think she doesn't have a gag reflex because there's nothing to gag on.
