3 non gay guys at work send me air kisses sometimes. What makes them do that? Motive.
Also I'm not gay and never reciprocate. One tried to hug me a couple of times and another tells me he loves me, sometimes.

You need to provide more details of your job interactions with your "3 non gay guys" at work which resulted in those guys sending you air kisses...usually when one sends an "air kiss:, doing so is to tell that person in a polite way to "F*** OFF".
Eh, as far as one of them hugging you and another telling you that he loves you, they're letting you know "it's all good pal, we're just messing with ya".
