I'm 28 and I too am dreading the big 3-0. I will be officially "almost middle aged".

@SW-User that is assuming you make it to 60
If you have good insurance ,they could make you stick around to 100
Then middle age would be 50
I hope that is not my case
They said my spine looked 90 when I was 30
