Life is strange

I work in a competitive industry one where the boss makes it clear they are to get rich whilst you struggle so you have to return to live.
They flash their wealth and their mental superiority.
And resort to tactics to show you just how stupid you are.

Anyways I have accepted this and taken on part time work. I found what makes me happy and well that's caused me bigger problems.

I come in happy and cheerful but they're curious to know what makes me feel so good, then feel to disturb my peace.

If i come in humble and normal im apparently depressed and a negative energy.

So what gives?

Is there somewhere else you can work? I dont like the sound of that at all

@Nebula its the industry i thought moving jobs would do it, but no. When i worked in an environment where the competition was taken out of the upper tier and support staff. The support staff undermined each other. Fighting for top position.
So it's just because your not valued or recognised for anything you do.
Leaving the industry completely would do you some good.

Yeah, it sounds like a bad environment.

@Nebula i think a lot of jobs have become like that simply because you have a management team and a boss demanding the most... Targets targets targets.
The problem is the top get rich but don't filter the wealth, but cut jobs instead as a tactic for profitability and to drive the workforce to work harder.

Amen. And they pit the lower workers against each other.

@Nebula glad we all see it... Problem is we could help each other but when you got a mortgage, a car on lease, mouths to feed stepping on someone takes preference for a lot of people.
