Do you rather support the big companies or the small shops when spending money?

Depends. If I know the local one is reliable etc. So I use our local fishmonger over the supermarkets for example.

I'll try to use independent coffee shops but sometimes you just want lunch and know that a Costa will be cheap and consistent.
