Hey no your metabolism slows down and vodybheat resides. The weight gained after that is the reverse reaction of not eating right and burning excess kilojoules due to a lack of exercise. You will be fine if you continue training when you stop taking them and up your cardio. Your body weight should settle then after a short gain
@Ray007 That makes sense. Thank you. I did notice a slight increase in body fat after I started taking them, and sadly, because of that I felt a bit defeated and stopped working out like I used to. I'm back on track now, though, and if I ever decide to take them again, I will remember your comment. :)

@lauriethecolourful just keep going thats al, i have started again recently after a number of fractures in my back. High intensity will fire those burners up
@Ray007 Oh no! It's always hard getting back into it after an injury because the fear of doing the same thing will always be there. But I just think you have to do it. Just like you said.

@lauriethecolourful rugby injury so no more playing but can certainly get back into shape. Good luck keep posted on progress
