How often do you charge your phone?

I usually keep it charging while I'm sleeping but I've read that it's bad for the battery of it's charged for longer than it really needs to. Lately I've been trying to charge it whole I get ready to go to work in the morning.

@Alvvays I've read that too.I usually wait for the battery to drain out almost entirely before charging up again
