If one tribe fucked over another tribe and got wealthy as a result, should their descendents who now are wealthy as a result give money?

If one tribe fucked over another tribe and got wealthy as a result, should their descendents who now are wealthy as a result give money to the other tribe who are poor as a result? Repatriations? If your dad stole my dad's car and gave it to you, and I came to you like "dude, that care was left to me in my fathers will, now I can't drive man wtf" ??

Yes and no. It depends. Did the tribe my tribe fucked over do the same to another tribe before them ? Maybe we could all just learn to share and apologies to each other.
