Is it fair a post attacking me stays up for one month even though my friends reported it?

People kept adding insults towards me on the post. I'm not a dog and I deserve respect here just like everyone else. I am a good person and I don't harass anyone on here.

There was a post attacking me recently too. I was lucky the person who posted it chickened out and deleted it
