Stick with simple foods, especially those easy to digest. You're over the hump, but that's not to say it can't come back.

@XenonRush From what I remember, the BRAT diet is good for keeping your stomach settled. It's no longer "recommended" but it's a good start. Soups, like chicken noodle also add some sodium to reduce bacteria in your throat. Once you're feeling much better, start working in regular foods.
