@lovelywarpedlemon My old mutt, who passed away in November at the age of 15 yr. 7mo., was a medium sized energetic dog who barked but not too much.


(the dog on the left in the photo....part pointer, part greyhound and a bunch of other things)

@DragonFruit All dogs bark, but they can be trained. Cute doggies. Mutts are the best

@Shina Mixed-breed dog. They'll all have unique personalities but if you go to kennels or shelters they can tell you a lot about the dog's personality in advance. I have three mutts and they're all great.

@Shina a mix of breeds, not a pedigree. They are usually less prone to diseases that affect some breeds, like hip or dental problems. Don't get one with a mushed up face like the kind in the pics here. It will cost you a fortune in fixing/removing teeth or the dog will be in chronic pain and and not tell you about it.
