Guys if a company is asking me to send in a short birth certificate through email how would I do it?

It's a birth certificare without the parent's names in the uk.

What do they need it for?

If you can't scan it I'd think a picture would work. They're both technically the same thing anyways. Just make sure everything can be clearly read in the picture.
