suits are so flattering on men...and honestly i do feel good about myself when i'm dressed formally. But hopefully values, morals, consideration for others, sound decision making make the individual
Yes. I went to pick up some medicine one time dressed in the cloths I had wore to a funeral earlier that day. They were going to have to take a while to get it around. They actually had the pharmacist come out to explain it to me rather than tell me at the window. It important to dress for success.
@chrisCA In certain situations, it can also change someones character... If you order someone to guard a prison in normal clothes, or you give them a tight outfit, lots of people in the new outfit have a way more easier way of identifying themselves as guard and start living the role. (also intrestingly described in "The Lucifer Effect" by Philip Zimbardo)
@chrisCA Herman was probably one of the most "posh" NAZI guys around... he loved to show his "good side" in front of the camera. (no photoshop in those days either)
No, they don’t....though some take that perspective at times.
I went shopping for an anniversary gift a few years ago, and walked into the jewelry store wearing jeans and a T-shirt. I asked to look at a particular pair of earrings, and the man behind the counter said “But those are expensive”. I asked him if he thought I couldn’t afford it, as the manager of the store walked up and said “Hello, good to see you again”. The manager knew I was the same guy (an attorney and repeat customer) in jeans and T-shirt as I was when I had come in wearing a suit, but the new employee didn’t see me as a serious customer because I wasn’t well dressed at the time.

No. And they don't make the woman either. We are not a product or byproduct of fabric. It's in unique and individual heart, mind and soul of the individual, no matter their birth sex or gender they relate as, that makes everyone who they are!
