Do you get sleeping paralysis??

by breathing slowly and deeply and closing your eyes. The more you relax, the sooner it goes.

I have several times, upon waking. The scariest thing for me, has been not being able to get air into my lungs.

I've just concentrated on trying to breath, and the paralysis passes fairly quickly.
