Why do women like to be in control so damn much?

For many (not I), it is to demonstrate their toxic femininity and their profound heterophobia It gives them a purpose to, what would in other cases be, their humdrum existence.

I'm a mix of both..it's essential at work I am, but not so much outside of it.

Because we have all the P and half the money ! 😉
