Sometimes they grab the muslin and pull it down. It is not a gratuitous exposing of the breast

@OtterThisWorld: Yup. Some babies are fidgety. Gotta keep a tight grip on that baby sheet. The mothers I know usually cover themselves well and find a secluded corner or face the wall. Some do it in the car. Anything just to for that little privacy.
