Im the rebound. What do I do?

It was not until today that I understood that I am the rebound. Our relationship shows that. What sucks is that I genuinely like him and only him but he must be trying to make his ex jealous. Anyways, what should I do? Break it off after a week or give it more to see how it goes? I just dont wanna end up hurt or hurting him.

What makes you think you're just being used? If you're sure, don't be part of that game he's playing. Save yourself some time and heartache and go find someone who actually appreciates you. But if you aren't sure, give the guy the benefit of the doubt. See how it goes, but keep your expectations grounded.
