Colt will stop making ar-15 rifles for the civilian market?

Does anyone else think that colt "ar-15"s are a bit overpriced and overrated anyway?

They stated they’re temporarily halting production and have plenty of inventory to meet market demands. Using their production resources to fulfill government contracts.
