@popmol Italian sausage. It comes ground like beef or in casings. I also make my own sausage. Don't knock it until you try it. 🙂

@popmol You could make it without a casing machine. Just make them into sausage patties. It's really good to make your own sausage. Yum.

@dragonfly46 i prefer to have the machine or else its liek a burger or meatball in the form of a sausage xD i'll stick for now to make my own pasta and own dough for pies and such!
