Yes I do. If I have a big lunch by the time dinner rolls around I'm not feeling it. I usually go light later on instead. On a good note it saves calories!

@Stereoguy Yep! I do a yogurt or other protein. With the working out I do I need to eat even more protein than I am. I need to improve on that.:)

@Stereoguy I don't use that brand but I have protein powder yes. I plan to do a liquids day a few times a week and my trainer admonished me about making sure I drink my protein if I do that.
