Should a 14 year old mass murderer be tried as an adult or juvinille

A 14 year old in north Carolina killed his father than shot 4 people at an elementary school. One those people later died. The kicker is he's been charged as a juvenile. I didn't even know that was possible in some states. In ga It would been automatically been an adult charge

We all know legal systems aren't morally right that often! That's why I don't view laws as black and white rules

I know in ga the juvenile cannot recieve death sentence and his punishment can be reevaluated later but thing is in juvenile charged from my understanding. A person can only be held until 25
Another classic example of injustice for the victims. But that's the law. The law sometimes wonders why it's disrespected so often.... Dumbasses!

@mrblueforyou: I know if it was My 6 year old brother that got killed and he was charged as an juvenile. I don't wanna know what would my family do but my step dad is a cop.
Surely your stepdad wouldn't find it too hard to make him disappear then? We all know that shit happens out there, and I say fair enough in those situations

@mrblueforyou: well lets say he told my 14 year old sister's bf. That if he hurt her theyd never find his body and he was serious lol. But yes 28th his connections and my family's that not wouldn't get off with juvenile charged. My stepdad not just a cop he's a state patrol officer.
I don't know the difference lol, I'm English, but I see wouldn't leave things for the laws to sort out because I am wise enough not to trust them!

@mrblueforyou: the punishment. A juvenile can only be held until 25 no matter the crime
That's my point. I don't trust the laws to truly seek justice for the innocent. Ever seen Making If A Murderer on Netflix?
