Should we make a country into a prison and put all bad guys from all over the world (like only severe crimes) in there?

@popmol the first johnny english film was all about thisss the villain tries to turn Britain into a giant prison for the whole world to use

@TheQueenBree aah yeah i remember! ooh no worries about spoiling the movie i saw it before i just forgot but i did recently saw the 3rd one which was fun with him trying modern technology!ç
