Should we make a country into a prison and put all bad guys from all over the world (like only severe crimes) in there?

@SW-User i would find it interesting though, the insane, the desperate, the angry, how will it work out, will villages be made, will there be leaders, will they make agriculture work, get animals and herd them and breed them, or find other humans and eat them, then what if theres rape or of course just normal sex and they get children how will that happen, how will it feel if theres an entire civilisation, what after generation it becomes new i find it an interesting experiment!
