What's overrated to you?

@Stardustchic I haven’t tried it yet, but then again, I don’t eat out that much. I’m a sucker for eating healthy, because I’m an athlete. Fitness is vital to me.

@TacoCat because most of what we've been taught to worship and bow down to is overrated.
Pharma, politicians, gossip, celebrities, dulling our pain instead of dealing with it and healing...I could go on. :/

@TacoCat religion has been hijacked, votes don't matter, they are selected, our food is poisoned with GMO's and glyphosate. This disrupts the Shikamate pathway in our guts that causes disease.
Our waters are poisoned, our foods are frankenfoods, we have a huge health crisis here in America when most are on at least one medically prescribed medication. And most don't bat an eye.
