@SW-User Do we know anything about their viewpoint on the draft overall, and not just on women? Sighs. Statistics is lethal in the hands of people with an agenda. Have a nice one and believe in this one giving you enough insight on a subject that is way more complex.
I wasn't aware that equal rights. And responsibilities was equal with me having equal opinions as men on every single topic. But that might just be me not understanding equality. 🙄

@SapphicHeart you can't be cynical of both viewpoints and data that's just rubbishing whatever doesn't suit the rhetorical line of the cause.
how is no to drafting girls and yes to drafting men in any way a justified statement from a cause that claims it strives for equality? what are we shirking away from here?
@SW-User Oh my, I thought I just told you how dangerous statistics can be in the hands of people with an agenda. So many wrongs. I already mentioned one assumption that's not given based on the presented statistics, another one will be, how do you know that it's only feminists answering on that question, and could you by any chance please tell me what the viewpoint on feminism will be among the "equivalent" male population taking part in the survey are?
Do you always compare apples with oranges?

@SapphicHeart of course it isn't only feminists answering that question but in general the women voted against or unsure for being drafted and that is a fact because its accounted for in the polls.
Feminists or not, womankind including myself can't just demand equal rights and skirt away from equal responsibility. Regardless - the question was to decide for woman being drafted equally as men are to serve the country. Men felt sure, everyone should get the opportunity.
Trying to nullify the fact that there was an opportunity missed here to make things equal by asking "oh hey, can we also know what you guys think of feminism" is just trying to look better when you clearly know you haven't got a reasonable backing to support yourself on the main agenda.
Who is comparing apples with oranges now?
If you can't tell on why we can't agree on equal rights and responsibilities shared by either gender then don't go on ranting on how you clearly know what's right from wrong. Serving in the military for the guys is inevitable - by skirting out and saying military isn't fair and shouldn't exist or that it's not what feminism stands for, you're not agreeing to create a society that gives equal opportunities to men and women be it in terms of rights, opportunities or responsibilities.

And exactly how is this in any context of your original post: “You know berate me all you want for not siding with feminism - but you folks dropped the ball when it mattered. Here's a hard truth you'll find bitter”
You’re the one who made this about feminism, yet provides statistics that won’t show anything about feminists and their viewpoints. Tsk tsk.

This will be your personal perception, please don’t try to generalize based on your own biased take of what a woman should be like. As for the draft for military service, I gave you my answer already and no further need to elaborate on this, no matter ow you try to downplay it.
Who is comparing apples with oranges now?
May I suggest you take another look into the mirror?

I’m not sure what your rant is about, any other than keep ranting over feminism. Have it as it pleases yourself, but stop telling me how I or any other feminist should feel.
Enjoy yourself. For my case, I am out of this thread.
