Heck, we bought the US Virgin Islands from Denmark in 1917. Why not another island?

It’s not that he wanted to buy the country it’s that he got mad when they said no way @HoraceGreenley
HoraceGreenley · 61-69, M
@KaraLuvz But really it's Denmark. What else is there to talk about?
KaraLuvz · 46-50, T
What does that have to do with anything @HoraceGreenley
HoraceGreenley · 61-69, M
@KaraLuvz Why waste your time with an inconsequential country like Denmark? We want to buy Greenland. If they don't want to sell then why waste a trip?
KaraLuvz · 46-50, T

@HoraceGreenley They are a very ally of the United States...they aren't inconsequential.

Except all the support they offer our troops @HoraceGreenley

@KaraLuvz Yes the Danes fought along side us in Iraq and Afghanistan, a lot of them were killed. Plus, they help with intelligence. They are a very important ally. I just found out that President Obama will be going to Denmark soon. lol Trump will have a fit when the Danes praise Obama. lol
