You know those mice or cat repeller plugs, do you find them annoying too?

I have been wondering what this sound is for the longest time and i discovered it was one of these at work.

The sound is so piercing its really irritating...

I was thinking about buying one
we have owls around here and we cannot just put anything out to keep mice rats away

but if they are irritating
