Emergency toothache remedies anyone?

its 4:06am and my 15 yr old brother is in agony. Based on his description of the pain..it seems like his wisdom tooth is coming out. I already gave him pain killers and warm salt water to gargle.

Tried oragel? Oraljel? That stuff numbs the gums pretty fast and it’s in most supermarkets. Idk how well it’d work with wisdom teeth but it might make it more bearable.

@PrinceArthas i'm pretty familiar with it but the thing is I dont have any at home now
Oh crap. 😕 maybe an ice cube? Perhaps the cold will numb it a little. I’m not sure, but hopefully. @Alifeinterrupted

Chew on something e.g a toothpick pen lid or whatever, it creates more saliva and saliva is an antibacterial and an analgesic

Clove oil like others are saying. You can make your own by crushing up cloves in some olive oil.

Clove oil and a heating pad, not ice.

600 mg Motrin that’s 3 200 mg pills
Something like an apple to chew on will be helpful
