I had norovirus about 18 months ago and I'm still giving all my colleagues and everyone on the train the stink eye because one of them caused it.

I do think about these things, so i refrain from touching my face, or mouth, eye, etc, i walk with hand gel

That is why I carry antibacterial spray with me.

I probably would never leave my home if I focused too much on that. I just make sure to wash my hands before I handle any food.
