Is it okay to have a competitive relationship wiht my boss?

We've had a dance battle, rap battle, pool jousting, played basketball and done other stuff to compete.

As long as he’s not a sore loser. That could make things awkward. Personally, I tend to limit my interactions with bosses to job-related only.
