if you have cancer

do you get treatment or do you just accept the inevitable outcome for me I would refuse treatment and I would just watch the sunset somewhere it would be a fitting way to go I don’t like hospitals much

My Father has had treatment both times he was diagnosed and my niece also had treatment. She however has said if it ever came back she wouldn't go through treatment again. I would get treatment as I would fight to stay alive for as long as I could.
