do you get treatment or do you just accept the inevitable outcome for me I would refuse treatment and I would just watch the sunset somewhere it would be a fitting way to go I don’t like hospitals much

Lots of variables there. Some treatments can lead to cure. Some can buy a decade or more of good quality life even when they can’t cure. If they were saying they could buy me a year of breathing and half of that would be a miserable breath, then I would just let it be done.
