if you have cancer

do you get treatment or do you just accept the inevitable outcome for me I would refuse treatment and I would just watch the sunset somewhere it would be a fitting way to go I don’t like hospitals much

It's harder to give up than you might think when you're facing death. There's a strong instinct to prolong life but it comes with mental consequences, if you do.

I can understand that but I have prepared myself for something like this in the event I get a malignant form of cancer
