@thisusernameisgarbage You don't have to assume, you can always ask her to explain it to you and also what she thinks. Straight teeth are much nicer to see and easier to take care of but braces can also be pricy and [i]sometimes[/i] unnecessary (though if she asked you about your intentions you either told her them before or your teeth might need it), not to mention the pain of them moving your teeth (don't worry, you get used to it 😬) and all the extra care when you have braces...so I'd advise you to think if you need/want them, and to also consult your dentist.
