I have three geriatric rescue dogs,Anna, the Pitbull mix, Maggie the Beagle and Bennie the Golden Retriever. All three were abandoned as older dogs, Maggie and Bennie are partially crippled. Theyre a handfull but its fun.
@Ishtar Well with geriatrics its usually a short-term proposition. In our experience its anywhere from five months to two yeas or so but we make sure they get lots of loving, couch time and a bit of ice cream
