Nope... there'd be far too many drawbacks then just humans over populating, were already over populated...
we'd run down food even faster, we'd kill our own planet faster, and our bodies would loose the requirements to some basic and extremely avoidable diseases. we'd be wiped out.
i don't think there'd be any good that comes from it long term.
while it may sad that people get cancer, that's just the way it works.
you could walk down the street and get hit by someone riding on a scooter and die...
people may think what they want, i don't really care... just leave the butthurt elsewhere XD

haha yeah its only 1 cause of death but like i stated in another comment, natural illnesses that occur or the stupidity of mankind is the only things that stops us from completely overpopulating. so if we cure the illness we are fucked
